Income-qualified Residential and Lifeline customers can receive $50 basic assistance through the Low-Income Residential Assistance Program. Additionally, we will be offering additional assistance for customers carrying outstanding balances on their utility bill — up to $300 for residential customers, and up to $1,000 for our Lifeline customers.

CA COVID-19 Rent Relief will help income-eligible households pay rent and utilities, both for past due and future payments.
