1. What information do I need to create a New Online Account starting March 4, 2019?

You will need your BWP Account number, the phone number associated with your BWP account, and a valid email address in order to register for a new online account. Need help? Please call our Customer Service team at (818) 238-3700 if you do not know your BWP account number or phone number associated with your BWP account. You can also download this handout for reference!

2. Can I register for a New Online Account before March 4, 2019?

No. Registration for BWP's New Online Account Manager will only be available starting on March 4, 2019. 

3. What should I do if I am unable to access the registration site?

The site may be experiencing a large volume of traffic, causing a jam. Please try again later. 

4. What should I do if I received the following message: "The information provided by you does not match our records. Please try again."

Make sure that your BWP account number and phone number are correct. If you do not know this information, you can call our Customer Service team at (818) 238-3700. 

5. I'm not sure what phone number is on my BWP account. How can I verify?

Please call our Customer Service team at (818) 238-3700.

6. My phone number has changed. Can I still register?

Before you are able to register, please call our Customer Service team at (818) 238-3700 to update your account information. 

7. What should I do if I do not know my BWP account number?

Please call our Customer Service team at (818) 238-3700.

8. Will my payment preferences that I currently have set up carry over to my new online account? 

None of your current account information will be carried over into your new online account. Once you register for a New Online Account, you will be able to reestablish all of your account preferences and take advantage of the expanded features and functionality offered through your new online account.

9. Will I be able to set up automatic payments using a credit card or debit card in BWP's New Online Account Manager?

Yes! Once you register for a New Online Account, you can conveniently manage your payment options, including setting up automatic payments. 

10. I scheduled a payment in March. Will my payment still be processed?

Yes! If your payment has already been scheduled it will be processed.   

11. I have recurring payments set up. Do I need to do anything?

Yes! Billing information will not be carried over into your new online account. Once you register for a new online account, you will be able to reestablish all of your billing preferences and take advantage of the expanded features and functionality offered through your new online account. 

12. My payment was scheduled in March and I signed up for Autopay through the new online account manager? What should I do?

Please call our Customer Service team at (818) 238-3700 to make sure your profile was set up correctly. 

13. What web browsers will be supported for BWP's New Online Account Manager?

BWP's New Online Account Manager is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome web browsers. 

14. Will BWP's New Online Account Manager be mobile-friendly?

Yes! BWP's New Online Account Manager will automatically resize to fit most mobile device screen sizes.
