Income Qualified Buyer
BWP’s Used EV rebate can be combined with the “Replace Your Ride” program that’s managed by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD). That program provides income-qualified buyers with up to $9,500 in incentives to retire your current vehicle and replace it with a newer, more fuel-efficient model sold by participating dealerships.

Commercial EV Charging Stations Rebates
Upgrade your business with EV charging stations and get rebates from BWP. Burbank Water and Power (BWP) is pleased to provide rebates to our customers to offset some of the costs of purchasing and installing commercial charging stations for on-road electric vehicles (EVs).

Want to Charge Your EV Faster?
Most EVs come with a Level 1 charger that plugs into a standard 120-volt AC electric outlet. Want to charge faster at home? Consider investing in Level 2 EV charger. A Level 2 charger requires a dedicated 240-volt electrical circuit, similar to what is used for an electric clothes dryer or electric range. BWP offers a rebate of up to $1500 for residents to help offset the cost of purchasing and installing a Level 2 charger.
