The EV must be at least two years older than the calendar year of application. For example, if you submit your rebate in 2023, your EV model year must be 2021 or older.
The vehicle must have an electric plug-in capability and charge through an external cable.
Vehicles must also be on the California Air Resource Board (CARB) carpool sticker list.*

Completed rebate applications must be submitted within four months of your rebate reservation date.
