Are you enrolled in BUSS or Lifeline?
There are bigger incentives for customers enrolled in BWP's financial assistance programs, such as Burbank Utility Service Subsidy (BUSS) or Lifeline. To learn more or see if you qualify, please visit this page. Please enroll in these programs before submitting your application to ensure that you qualify. Customers must also have been approved or re-approved for either program within the past 18 months.
Affordable housing providers to low- or very low-income tenants may also qualify for the low-income incentives. Please see the "Rebate Requirements" section of the application for the specific requirements.
How to Apply for a Rebate
1. Download the application for a list of rebates offered and make your purchase.
2. Fill out the application and include copies of the proper documentation.
3. Mail in or drop off your application to BWP!
4. Your rebate should arrive 6-8 weeks from the date we receive your application.
Room Air Conditioner Rebate
Room air conditioner must be ENERGY STAR® certified.
Refrigerator or Freezer Rebate
Low-income customers and certain affordable housing providers may qualify for up to $875.

Save Up to $75 on a Smart Thermostat!
Buy and install a smart thermostat and get a rebate of up to $75 from BWP. Use your smart thermostat to save on heating and cooling costs year-round.

$100 Pool Cover Bill Credit
Receive up to a $100 bill credit for purchasing a cover and cover reel. Pool covers must cover at least 85% of the pool's surface and act as an effective barrier to evaporation. Billing credit requests must be submitted no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Variable Speed Pool Pump Rebate
Rebate applies to variable speed replacement pool pumps only. Spa pumps, single-speed, and two-speed pool pumps are not eligible.
Wall Insulation Rebate
Existing walls must be non-insulated. Installed insulation must be a minimum value of R-13. Supporting documentation showing total square footage must be submitted.

New construction does NOT qualify.

Attic Insulation Rebate
Insulation level must be a minimum value of R-30 or R-19 if less than 24 inches of attic clearance. Supporting documentation showing the total square footage must be submitted.

Electric Vehicle Charger Rebate
EV charger installed must be level 2 (240V). Applicant must have an active BWP electrical account and agree to the Time Of Use (TOU) electric billing rate.
