Service Your Account Online

Need to establish or disconnect service with us? Moving to another address in Burbank? You can do all this online! All new service requests, disconnects, and transfers are done Monday-Friday or the next business day after a holiday.
 

Visit Us or Give Us a Call

BWP is located at 164 West Magnolia Blvd. We're open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to help you by phone from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. You can reach us at (818) 238-3700.  
 

After Business Hours

Someone is always available should you experience a disruption in your water or electrical service. If an emergency should occur after our regular business hours, please call us at (818) 238-3778. 
 

Questions or Issues with Meters

Some customers read their own electric meters because of access problems for our meter readers. If you have questions about this program or would like to request installation of a remote meter, please call BWP during regular business hours at (818) 238-3713 or email us at bwpcustomerservice@burbankca.gov.
