Your bill becomes delinquent 21 days after it is issued. Burbank Water and Power charges a 1.5% late fee on unpaid balances not received by the due date printed on the bill.

Enroll in Automatic Payments
BWP's Flash Pay Program is a direct debit program that works with your bank to automatically pay your municipal services bill.
Pay by Credit Card
You can make a one-time payment using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. You'll need your BWP account number. Credit card payments are processed by Kubra and are subject to a $3.95 convenience fee per transaction.
Credit Card Payment by Phone
To use Kubra's 24 hour automated payment line call 1(877) 987-4133. Your BWP account number is required. If you do not have your account number, please call the BWP Customer Service Center at (818) 238-3700. The Customer Service Center phone hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00 pm.
Use Our Budget Billing Program
The Budget Billing Program is for customers who want a standard monthly utility bill or want to take the worry out of months when normal water or electric use is higher. This plan allow customers to spread their monthly bill amounts over a full year.

BWP is located at 164 West Magnolia Blvd. We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to accept payments. Our cashiers can accept cash, check or money order payments.
Drop Off Your Payment
Payments can be dropped off in payment boxes around Burbank. Please DO NOT put cash in payment boxes. Payments are at your own risk and are not considered paid until posted to your BWP account.
Automated Account Information System (AIS)
Your account information is available 24 hours a day from AIS. Information is updated nightly. You'll need your account number and personal identification number (PIN) to access the system. You may use the Pin number that BWP assigned you or may personalize your PIN by calling (818) 238-3700.
