Burbank Water and Power (BWP) is a community-owned utility that serves the City of Burbank with water, electrical and fiber optic services. Burbank has about 45,000 households with over 100,000 residents.

BWP has been providing service to our citizens and businesses since 1913. We provide safe and reliable service at a fair price. Being community-owned means that shareholder profit is not our bottom line. Our concern is making decisions that are good for our community and environment.

At least twice yearly, clean the condenser coils in your refrigerator. Also, check the doors and seals on your refrigerator’s doors to make sure that cold air is not escaping. Replace seals when needed and your refrigerator will run more efficiently. Refrigerator temperatures should be set between 37% to 42% Fahrenheit. Your freezer should be set between 0% to 5% Fahrenheit.
