High Efficiency Toilets (HET) Rebate
HETs use no more than 1.28 gallons of water per flush. This water usage is about 20% below the current Ultra Low Flush Toilet plumbing standard of 1.6 gallons-per-flush. Rebates are no longer offered on Ultra Low Flush toilets.

Due to the popularity of this program, as of August 23, 2010 the funds for the toilet rebate are almost fully reserved, the remaining funds are available on a first-come first-served basis.
