Program Details:

Applications for High-Efficiency Toilets for single-family residential and multi-family with 4 units or less, are provided through the Metropolitan Water District through their SoCal Water$mart Program.

High Efficiency Toilets

HETs use no more than 1.28 gallons of water per flush. The average water savings for HETs is estimated to be 19,000 gallons per year when replacing an average non-efficient toilet!

Rebates are available for Dual Flush toilets, 1.28 gallon per flush toilets or less.
